Any use without authorization to indicate “wedding planning services”, “wedding planners in Italy”, “wedding coordination in Italy”, “Italian wedding ceremonies planning”, “Italian weddings” and in general any service related to “planning and assisting clients on their wedding including generally all the aspects of a wedding” to be performer in Italy or abroad will be pursue by law.

Trademark has been registered internationally and it is valid throughout the countries agreeing to the convention of Nice.

PRIVACY

Wedding Italy® will not use your name, address, e-mail address or phone number to deliver Internet ads. We do not send your data to third parties.

You data will be used for internal purposes as legal requirements for your weddings or for our own statistics. We will send you information concerning weddings in Italy and our products/services/offers.

Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your information with anyone and fully comply with the Italian privacy law 675/96 which is internationally guaranteed.

CONDITIONS

We do not sell packages trough this website. This is not a "e-commerce" website. We will create a proposal following your ideas and a definitive confirmation will be only provided after the wedding contract is signed and a deposit is made as confirmation of the requested services.

We provide a legal contract that follows all European and International laws in terms of tourism and reception of a tourist/client in a Country of the European community.

Our contract includes all legal "terms and conditions" as required by law.

We accept payments by bank transfer, but we do also accept credit cards, cheques and traveller cheques. We do sent a regular invoice and a receipt when payment is done. We do not accept cash payments as the Italian law now regulates a very strict policy on cash payments.

We offer assistance with any service related to your wedding in Italy. We are also able to assist with any travel arrangements our couples or their guests might need as we are a legally registered tour operator as well. We can legally organize group booking, tours and excursions.

Full terms and conditions are included in the wedding contract and we are happy to email it in advance at your request.
