What do you mean by frequent and constant e-mail assistance?
Your wedding planner will be in touch by email answering any question or requests
you may have promptly assuring a constant assistance from when you start
planning to the end of your services booked through us.
You will be able to call you wedding planner directly in our offices, and you
will always find someone to talk to in the case of urgent assistance.

What do you mean by full service and assistance?
We are able to help you with any service related to your wedding in Italy, but also
for any travel arrangements you may need to organize your honeymoon.
We do offer also complete travel assistance to your guests providing
favourable group discounts either for hotels and transportation. We organize
special tours and excursions. Our company employs about thirty professional guides
during the summer months to assist you in your wine tastings, historical tours,
shopping excursions, cooking classes, golf trip, hiking, biking, horse riding.

What kind of payments do you accept?
We prefer bank transfers but we do also accept credit cards, cheques and traveller
cheques. We do always sent a regular invoice and a receipt when payment is done.

Do you provide a wedding contract?
Yes we do. We provide a legal contract that follows all European and International
laws in terms of tourism and reception of a tourist/client in a Country of the
European community. Our contract includes all legal “terms and conditions” as
required by laws.

Once I signed the contract, may I add other services to my wedding package?
Yes, of course. You can add as many services as you prefer until the day before
the wedding. We will send you a confirmation of the service booked to include to
the singed contract.

A wedding performed in Italy is legally recognized in our country?
Yes, it is. Once you are married it will be released a marriage license that has
to be presented to your local registrar office.

What about civil weddings in Italy?
Civil weddings are performed in a town hall or palace owned by the local
government.Italy has the most charming town halls in Europe , and we have
selected only the finest villas and historical palaces. Civil weddings usually cannot
take place in villas and castles, but we are able to suggest outdoor weddings in different wedding locations in Italy. The ceremony lasts about 25 minutes but you can
customize the ceremony, if you wish, adding personal vows or readings.
The ceremony is conducted in Italian with an interpreter.

What about Catholic weddings in Italy?
A Catholic ceremony can only be performed inside a consecrated Roman church. We
require at least a month (but prefer two months) to prepare all the aperwork.

What about Protestant weddings in Italy?
It is possible to arrange Protestant ceremonies in chapels, churches, villas, castles,
hotels and palaces. The documents required may vary from church to church and
are quite simple. A Protestant wedding in Italy may also have legal validity.
Anglican weddings performed by a minister of the Church of England are not legally
binding since the Government does not yet recognize the Anglican Church. |

We have seen various sources that tell us that there is a 300 days requirement
from the date of divorce. Some sources state this applies to only the woman,
others do not specify a gender - please could you clarify this for us?
Women whose previous marriage was annulled less than 300 days prios to the
wedding, cannot get married. This is a very old law that unfortunately is still
effective. The law was intended to protect a pregnant woman could change her
mind and return with her husband if she knew she was going to have a child.
In fact, 300 days are the sum of 9 months.
