Weddings in Anacapri, Island of Capri

From there, as from an eagle's nest, you can see the entire Bay of Naples. The breathtaking scenery includes Mount Vesuvius, Sorrento, Ischia, and the island of Capri which is celebrated in the works of the famous novelist Axel Munthe, whose Villa San Michele is within easy reach from the centre of town.


Civil weddings are performed at the local Town Hall, a typical Mediterranean building located in the heart of Town. Ceremony takes place in the civil registrar's office, a small room in modern style, very simple.

The marriage hall can hold up to 20/30 people standing or sitting. Usually the ceremony is performed outside in the nice garden.


Only civil weddings are allowed in Anacapri. You can enrich the ceremony with poems, readings and personal vows. Possibility to arrange a symbolic ceremony performed by the civil registrar in a spectacular panoramic terrace right after the civil wedding. Ask us for more information.

Legal protestant weddings can be performed in any hotel or villa of the island of Capri.
