There are no residency requirements to be married in Tuscany. However, there are some legal requirements. You must also have a declaration from the United States Consulate, to prove there is no legal obstacle to you marrying in Italy. This declaration must then be authenticated by the Legalization Office of the Prefecture. This can be done by any Prefecture and one is located in every provincial capital. |
