Villa ada is a late nineteenth-century residence adjoining the castle. The twenty-two rooms are soberly and elegantly furnished. The selective brickwork, the warm wood paneling and neutral colors reflect authentic Umbrian tradition, and convey a mood of ease and total relaxation.

The castle has a very large park where the reception hall is located which makes the castle perfect for long night parties.
