Ciao Alberto,Well we are just back from our wonderful Wedding and Honeymoon in Italy and how can I begin to thank your company for making it the fairytale we hoped it would be. When we decided to get married in Italy we had no idea where to start and I contacted several Wedding Planning companies. From the very beginning, I was impressed by the professional and yet personal service offered by WeddingItaly.com. You gave us lots of suggestions of places for our Wedding Ceremony and Reception before we finally settled on Certaldo and Fonte de Medici in Tuscany. When we travelled over to see them, our first thoughts were “It is heaven on earth” – not just my words but so many of our guests too when they saw it! It was there that we met the wonderful, Barbara, our Wedding Co-Ordinator. From the very beginning she made the whole process of planning our Wedding so easy and enjoyable. This is of course the ideal way but seldom does it happen – except when you have someone like Barbara doing it for you! She gave us so many ideas of different extras we could have and she was so honest on all of them. She suggested musicians might be nice during the cocktail and how right she was! The harpist was so perfect in the surroundings of Fonte de Medici. The tables looked beautiful decorated with the sunflowers and the catering staff looked so smart in their uniforms. The food was spectacular and our guests enjoyed every dish. My bouquet was just as I hoped it would be and this is wonderful bearing in mind that I had no photo to give Barbara, just a verbal description of what I wanted – as with everything else - she just knew! I think this shows much she loves her job that she takes the time to get to know the couple and their personalities even if it is only by email. A true professional.Another person I have to give special mention to is Helga. What a lovely lady she is! Mark and I have both said that during the ceremony, we only had to look at her giving us little smiles and it calmed our nerves! She is so helpful and again very professional but with the personal touch! The whole day was just as I had pictured in my head. From the hairdresser to the photographer, from the ceremony to the food. from the harpist to the DJ …….. We cannot thank Barbara enough for making it such a memorable day, not just for us but for our guests too. So many people have said to us that they will be still talking about this Wedding for years to come. What a great thing to hear and how true it is. Barbara started out as our Wedding Co-Ordinator but by the 24th June, our Wedding Day, she had become a friend to both Mark & I.
