Ciao Sonia: Just wanted to take a few minutes to write a note to thank you and Helga (and anyone else on your team who I did not know was involved) for planning our wedding in Florence. As you can understand, planning a wedding from the U.S. to Italy is a little overwhelming. It is nervous being a bride in general but then to decide to elope overseas brings a new level of anxiety. (You can understand it is a little scary to be handing money over to a stranger in another country and crossing your fingers everything will be perfect once you get there.) You and your team were always professional, responsive, knowledgeable and calm. You always answered all of my questions. There was a tremendous amount of paperwork and steps to be taken in the United States before we arrived and you instructed us clearly and completely. Upon arrival in Italy, Helga took us on a driving adventure for the day in Florence to complete all the paperwork at the U.S. Consulate, the prefeturra and then to the Palazzo Vecchio to complete all the paperwork. On our wedding day, the flower delivery (bridal bouquet and boutonniere), driver and hair and makeup all went smoothly. We arrived at the Palazzo Vecchio right on time and the ceremony in the Sala Rossa was beautiful. Paolo, our photographer was so much fun and walked us around the city to take over 250 photos, we can't wait to receive them! And then your recommendation for our wedding dinner at Alle Murate was amazing (we got the 5 course tasting menu). Thanks so much for a magical day and a memory for the rest of our lives! We would definitely recommend you and your team to anyone is considering planning a wedding in Italy. ~Christopher & Janine Marcantonio
