Sonia, I have to say that my whole experience working with you personally, and your company overall, was a delight for me from the very beginning. 

Dear Sonia and Luisella,
We arrived back home last night, exhausted but very happy.  Aside from two minor mishaps (Alitalia losing Julie's suitcase, my losing my suit coat!), everything else on our trip was a rousing success.  The marriage ceremony was very special for both Julie and me.  The setting was beautiful, the ceremony itself and the official Elisabetta were charming, and Luisella was (of course) not only so very helpful, professional and vibrant, but more importantly, was genuinely and personally involved and touched all of our family in the short time we were together.
To top it off, the weather was perfect for a January day, so much better than we could have expected.  And your photographer equally exceeded our expectations, and greatly added to our happiness with the whole day. Our only regret was that he did not capture Sean's falling into the canal in "real time".  Lastly, the surprise present from the Commune di Venezia at the end was also perfect.  Julie and I had been looking for a classic blue Murano piece as our momento of the day, and we were running out of time to search for it - and there it was. 
 Sonia, I have to say that my whole experience working with you personally, and your company overall, was a delight for me from the very beginning.  I initally chose you from all the others because of your prompt, helpful and throrough response to my initial query. You know by now that I a value efficient, detailed and flawless planning, and you far exceeded my expectations. You were absolutely responsive and professional, took the time to offer excellent recommendations on the locale, the optional services, and restaurants, with never any sense of "selling" services or steering us to specific choices.  Bravissimo!
