My husband and I fell in love with Florence the first time we visited the city and knew that we wanted to hold our wedding there with the beautiful Tuscan hills as the backdrop. Holding a destination wedding we knew would be challenging. Living miles away in Singapore, being in a different timezone, not speaking the language were all major barriers to us materialising the dream. After doing extensive research, I arranged to speak to a few wedding planners in Italy. My mind was set after interacting with Helga over email and chatting with her over video conference. Helga was always extremely prompt in responding to emails and that was critical in ensuring that the preparation process went smoothly.
