Dear Sonia & All Prospective Clients of Wedding Italy,

If you are reading this letter, then you are like me and want to do a bit of research before selecting who you want to handle your Italy wedding & where you are sending your hard earned dollars, euros, etc.  I spoke to quite a few different companies, and here is why I decided on Wedding Italy - and more specifically - Sonia:

1) Prompt Follow Up - Sonia was excellent about getting back to my MANY phone calls & emails.  Sorry Sonia :)
2) Fair Pricing - Sonia helped me organize an itenirary that was within my budget & it was fantastic.
3) Everything was in writing - This was reassuring being that I was thousands of miles away.  Not so much from a legal standpoint...it just told me that this company has their act together & were professionals.
4) Full Service.  Not only did Sonia take care of our wedding itenirary, she made sure our travels to and from Italy were secure, safe, & organized.  It was very convenient.

Sonia, I want to thank you very much for putting together such a special & unforgettable day for Nikki and I.  It was truly something to remember.  You made everything easy for us.  From the musicians to Giovanna's singing to our dinner at Le Terrazze, it was a lot of fun.  I spoke to quite a few Agents with different companies.  The reason I chose Wedding Italy is because of all the emails I sent during my 'shopping around' process, you consistently followed up promptly & thoroughly.  I can't tell you how many other companies either didn't respond or seemed annoyed with my questions or answered half of the questions I asked.  You understood that it was a big deal for us and took the time to make sure we were comfortable.  I appreciate good customer service - and you definetley gave it!
