Jeff and I had a very nice time in Italy.  Highlights were of course our wedding followed by seeing the Pope in Rome and visiting with family in Lucca.  Our family and friends were surprised and excited to receive our marriage announcement.

I want to take a minute to say “thank you” to you and Alberto for all the assistance you have given me –your help has been invaluable.  And I want you and Alberto to know how wonderful Bruno Sacchi, Anna Sorrentino, Massimo Amendola and Franco Lisi (Positano Car Service) were with helping to complete the wedding.  The hotel personnel at Hotel Santa Caterina in Amalfi were exceptional in joining in to help in everyway they could.  Everyone was so wonderful and seemed to join in with the excitement of the moment.  We feel we have made some wonderful friends in Italy and will certainly say hello when we return for anniversaries.

I’m anxious to see the photos taken of us on our wedding day.  We looked at some of them with Massimo quickly as we looked for the perfect ones for the announcement.
