Fairytale Wedding Masseria

Apulia

A fairytale setting for a wedding with all comforts

Set in a marvelous scenery of great natural beauty, this incredible location is the real queen of all the Masserias. From an early village developed in 1500s, this legendary beauty grew into what we think today as one of the best Italian locations for a wedding in the deep South. It certainly owes its charm to the careful restoration works done by architects born and raised in the area, who knew just how to preserve the original spirit of this estate.

Surrounded by 20 hectares of resilient olive trees, the Masseria benefits from an evocative atmosphere that is impossible to resist. Visitors will feel as if they had travelled back in time, and can witness traditional decorative pieces and work instruments formerly in use to upkeep the life of this magical site. Be reassured, for the venue is equipped appropriately for modern times with a long list of comforts.

All rooms feature designer furnishings and are equipped with all modern amenities. The masseria’s rooms are reachable through a charming stone path extending along palm trees and bougainvillea plants, can you picture anything more romantic than this?

This location is the right choice to arrange lovely welcome dinners and charming brunches with loads of entertaining activities in the surrounding areas and the option of a multi-day event. There will be no room for doubt once things get in motion with this place.

Highlights

Event options for your day

One of the many upsides of hosting an event inside a Masseria is the size of the property. No matter the amount of guests coming along, you will have many customizable areas to choose from for your celebrations, even if your numbers are reaching high. Featuring varied outdoor and indoor spaces for a fun, stylish event, the building is spread over two levels both overlooking onto the internal courtyard and enclosed by the original walls. The warm tones of the furnishings and the simple beauty of its whitewashed walls add up style and elegance to your memorable day. On the outside you'll have large, rustic gardens showcasing century-old olive trees and the romantic courtyard circling the property church, all forming a perfect wedding-like scenario beneath the stars. The onsite catering will be the cherry on the cake serving local and international dishes matched with a very confident wine list.

Outdoor civil and symbolic ceremonies can take place directly onsite, and catholic weddings can be arranged in the neighboring town of Ostuni, just 12 minutes away.

Mediterranean treasure

An outpouring of architectural beauty dating back from the Middle Ages, the most ancient practice of olive farming. Rows of powerful grapes, limestone rural buildings turned chic locations for all kinds of events and tastes, hundreds of kilometres of coastline spiced up by book-famous 'white cities' and lots of delicious food! The landscape of this dry region located in the 'heel' of our beloved country is as diverse as the history that shaped it over the course of time, registering influences from ancient Greece, the Byzantine empire, the Romans, Normans, Spanish and French civilizations.

Puglia follows the Italian tradition of doing things according to the tradition. Little is changed, unless necessary from what the past has gifted their people and this is why around here you can see so many original footprints which have been carefully kept intact throughout hundreds, if not thousands of years, and for this revered with pride.
