Summer and James

When the world seems to shine, That's amore

The Amalfi blue at sunset was never sweeter

Two instagram legends, Summer and James, flew from hot Nevada to have their much-anticipated dream destination wedding in unique Amalfi, and draw our 2024 wedding season to a memorable end.

Borgo Santandrea was phenomenal. An iconic location particularly fitted for small to semi-big groups getting married with that much Mediterranean factor. 50 percent luxury resort and 50 percent beach club offering wedding groups a high-end experience and showing guests the best of what the southern coast is all about, nature and hospitality.

Let's take you through the highlights of this 3-day wedding event in one of Italy's most romantic and wanted location.

The vision

Summer and James' notes

A peaceful atmosphere, a tribute to love. The choice of a location where simple joys of life can be celebrated together.

A golden sunset on the Amalfi Sea, the cerulean blue of the bridesmaids dresses reminding us that best friends are the special 'something blue' in our lives. Thoughtful, emotional, retracing details of the old tales of romance. We followed this young and creative bride in her every idea and fear, knowing that teaming up would give this event the power to fit, or perhaps even exceed their truest wishes.

  • Location: by the water
  • Ceremony: symbolic

The action plan

How did we pull it off

The ultimate wedding and also the most memorable.

Summer's seven-year wait for the wedding of a lifetime looked all worth it, as she nervously walked the aisle up until locking eyes with James.

Everyone watching and feeling their love.

The wedding day started with the bride anxiously getting ready with her light blue ladies patiently by her side. The first look photos booked by the couple were the perfect moment to take a breath and enjoy the intimacy before the rush at the altar. These two had us in tears, and we were overjoyed to have such positive feedback from them about their choice.

A painter drawing up Summer and James' wedding memories live, the cutting of a 7kg mozzarella to keep things in true Italian Style.

The experience to decorate the chantilly cake in front of some 50 cameras.

The delicious local olive oil to please the leaving guests, a mountain of hot-out-of-the-oven pizza slices filling the bellies of the dancing all nighters just before midnight.

Thank you Summer and James for your timid smiles and big laughs, your love was the sweetest balm of our time, before and during this adventure together.
