From the very beginning, we knew planning a destination wedding in Tuscany would be no small feat — especially since my wife and I are both extremely detail-oriented, and to be honest, very critical when it comes to service, organization, and execution. We hold incredibly high standards and rarely find ourselves fully satisfied. With an event as monumental as our wedding, we braced ourselves to notice at least a few flaws or compromises along the way.
But what unfolded was the complete opposite. WeddingItaly not only met our expectations, they exceeded them in ways we couldn’t have imagined!!! And we come from an affluent Persian family which has attended many fancy weddings in their lifetime. The most astonishing part? We had never visited the venue or even the city before the big day. Sonia and her team visited the property on our behalf, tasted the menus, and guided us through every choice with complete transparency. The result was a dream wedding executed flawlessly—the best possible scenario, and without question the best value for our dollar.
One moment that stands out: when it came to choosing entrees for dinner, we were hesitant to decide without tasting them ourselves. Pictures didn’t help, and we were nervous about guessing wrong. In the end, we trusted Sonia to pick one of the dishes while we chose the other—and let’s just say we wished we had let her choose both. Our guests raved about her selection, calling it their favorite dish of the night. That’s how much confidence and trust she inspired in us.
Throughout the entire process, both Sonia and Aurora were incredibly patient. We asked a million questions, and they responded daily—something that meant so much to us living in the U.S. They solved every problem the moment it arose, organized transportation seamlessly for our guests, and made sure no detail slipped through the cracks. Everything ran like clockwork, yet never at the expense of beauty, warmth, or quality.
Looking back, what stands out most is how effortless they made everything feel. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but planning one overseas should have been overwhelming—and yet it wasn’t. Instead, it was the most joyful, magical experience of our lives, thanks entirely to this team.
